When you get the call rom Jeremy to link at Arto's to skate for Jonas with the boys, You drop everything and head to the N. Shore!

We really enjoy the drive from town to N. Shore. We need a reason to get out of town, holding the office down, na'mean.

The word on the street in the past year since COVID hit is that New York is dead and it will never be the same. We beg to differ– on June 21^st Go Skateboarding Day, we saw something that’s always been embedded in the Big Apple.

Skateboarding has always been a part of NYC’S DNA but this year was special. It was that dap we all needed to reignite a feeling we all Love and miss.

Legendary spot in Queens. Rodney made the spot a regular place to go and in turn made it world famous. Appearing in all the 'golden era classics, cult classics, and now in social media posts, skaters from all over the world come to skate and pay homage.

Boxing and martial arts have a lot of similarities with skateboarding. They are individual 'sports' that require 'hours a day' X 'years of training and practicing' more or less alone. Not getting hurt is one of the main goals, yet it is almost impossible not to experience pain and learn how to cope with it while performing. The learning, conditioning, and healing process may not be glamorous but the results of hard work will show... It's never really for the glamour, it is about becoming a better you, for yourself, and no one else. 

Boxing dreams are symbols of strength, aggression, rivalry, rage, discipline, timing, and potential.   

One of the main areas to focus in these dreams is the emotions that you go through.

These dreams are strong indicators that perhaps you are either going up or down on your potential.

Hard work makes champions not natural talent. Training and practice, repetition, muscle memory, stamina, learn to lose to know how to win.

With all of the racial turmoil that

America and the world is facing in these crucial times we created the 'Liberty' series of t-shirts with an exclusive collab drop with Señor's Spencer Fujimoto and Michael Maestas.

We are one race the Human race. We are each individuals just like these shirts, similar but totally different. A mixture of the same colors applied to shirts cut from the same cloth... Same same, same but different, but that is a good thing. Variety is what makes the world great.

Michael designed the graphic, and Spencer hand 'patina'd' 19 pieces. Patina is the process of oxidation/colorization of bronze statues, like the Statue of Liberty.

Spencer gave it a hand painted 'street patina' with a 'nice' message for everybody.

The skate community came together to ride and rally for Black Lives Matter. We as skaters are almost by nature outcasts, so we ban together.

Dave has been on the El Señor team since day 1, we are grateful to have been a part of your career. No stranger to the stage Dave's musical talents and skateboard talents have brought him around the world a few times. His humble ambition is admirable.

So by now, we have been quarantined for some many months and the cops are killing us, and maybe we have started back doing some normal activities, mainly skating outside again...

To lighten things up a bit... here is our competition we did.

So the rules pretty basic... the entries will be judged by superstar judging panel. 

Judges- Billy Rohan, Chris 'Dune' Pastras, Alex Corporan, and Stephanie Tonnoir. I love doing contests and seeing the talent, excitement, enjoyment, and just bringing the community together. Enjoy the action, it all about having fun.
